  Pasal 19 berbunyi sebagai Berikut: (1) Pantarlih melaksanakan Coklit s e bagaimana dimaksud dalam P asal 18 ayat (1) b e rdasarkan Daftar   Pemilih dalam formulir Model A -Daftar Pemilih. (2) Pantarlih melaksanakan Coklit dengan cara mendatangi Pemilih secara langsung. (3) Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Coklit s e bagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) Pantarlih: a.     mencocokkan Daftar Pemilih pada fo r mulir Model A-Daftar Pemilih dengan KT P -el dan/atau KK; b.     mencatat data Pemilih yang telah memenuhi syarat, tetapi bel u m terdaftar dalam Daftar Pemilih; c.      memperbaiki data Pemilih jika terdapat kekeliruan; d.     mencatat keterangan Pemilih penyandang disabilitas pada kolom ragam disabilitas; e.    mencatat data Pemilih yang telah berubah status dari status p r ajurit Tentara N a sional Indonesia atau a n ggota Kepolisian N egara Republik Indonesia menjadi status sipil dibuktikan dengan menunjukkan surat keputusan pemberhentian sebagai anggota Tentara Nasio
